Amy Greenfield, MPT
Amy, owner of Greenfield Physical Therapy, received her Master's degree in Physical Therapy from the College of St. Catherine in 2002. She also attended the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse where she received a Bachelor of Science and Certification in Athletic Training.
Amy has 8 years of experience in Private Practice. She specializes in Sports Medicine, Orthopedics, and Industrial Rehabilitation and has attended courses on Osteopathic Spinal Mobilization and Core Stabilization. She has also received training for performing Functional Capacity Evaluations.
Amy is committed to working very closely with referring physicians to provide the highest quality of care to her patients. Her passion is to assist them with achieving their rehab goals, as well as return to their previous level of function. She is dedicated to educating her patients, not only on the treatment of their current condition, but also the prevention of future injuries.
Paul Niemuth, PT, DSc, OCS, ATR

Associate Professor Paul E. Niemuth is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy and Athletic Training in 1977. He received a Master of Arts Degree from the University of St. Thomas in Education in 1998 as well as a Doctor of Science in Sports Physical Therapy from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in 2003. Dr. Niemuth received his certification from the American Physical Therapy Association as an "Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist" in 2000 and a "Sports Clinical Specialist" in 2003.
Paul is a Certified Athletic Trainer and serves as the Assistant Athletic Trainer for St. Catherine University's athletic department.
Dr. Niemuth is an adjunct faculty member at the Hennepin County Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship Program where he teaches physicians on orthopaedic and sports injury rehabilitation. He is the founder and former owner of Orthopaedic Sports, Inc., an outpatient Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine Physical Therapy Clinic since 1978.
His primary research interests are Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine related topics. Dr. Niemuth has been at St. Catherine University since 1997 and teaches course content in Anatomy, Kinesiology, Diagnosis, Musculoskeletal Systems, Clinical Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine.

Matt Hagen, PTA
Physical Therapy Assistant
Matt graduated from the PTA program at Chippewa Valley Technical College in 2013. He has three years of experience as a Physical Therapy Aide prior to becoming a PT Assistant at Greenfield Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine, LLC.
A Shell Lake native, Matt looks forward to treating patients, developing ongoing relationships and improving the wellness of our local communities. He has worked closely with our Next Step exercise participants, doing initial testing and creating an exercise routine in order to help achieve their wellness goals.
Amy joined the Greenfield team in July of 2014, following 14 years in the Events/Hospitality business. Her ability to multi-task and her attention to detail have been a positive addition to the clinic. She enjoys working in the community where she lives and meeting new people. Customer service is a top priority, and she looks forward to helping everyone who comes in the door.
